Delivery of the Prefabricated Integrated Building Services Modules
In order to accelerate the construction process, the technical installations were combined into prefabricated, modular units.
Logistics and installation of the integrated modules.
In this project, digitales bauen was responsible for designing a modular and prefabricated installation plan for technical utilities – this includes media, water, waste water, heating and cooling, control panels for various utilities. The prefabricated modules were delivered on time and directly to the construction site.
Advantages of this process are 100% material allocation, clear handling and assembly procedures for assembly teams, a leaner construction phase, no need for interim on-site storage.
