Interdisciplinary route management
Integrated ceiling mounted ducting routes were designed for two projects in Munich-Unterschleißheim – Microsoft German Headquarters and Serono IT Port. The duct route frames and pipe casings were combined into one, comprehensive and integrated task. These could be affordably prefabricated out of non-specialised sheet metal using standard tooling machinery. The overall costs were approximately 30% lower than similar example projects.

Avoid conflicts on the construction site
All attachment points in the routing frames are predefined and therefore each separate utility has a clearly defined space, thereby eliminating clashes during construction.
