Database-supported assembly and logistics planning of building services
digitales bauen was retained in order to systemise and coordinate all utility services and to integrate the architectural plans. This coordinated design was incorporated into a database-supported logistics and assembly plan for heating, cooling, sprinkler, and concrete core temperature control. Thanks to the modular planning of these systems, a large percentage of the installations could be prefabricated. The entire construction time was reduced by up to a factor of 4.
