FRA27 in Frankfurt is a pioneering data center that combines technological innovation with sustainable architecture. The four-storey cube, crowned by an elegantly recessed roof level, is an exemplary project for advanced data infrastructure.

Each of the four floors has an extensive server area, which is accessed via a U-shaped internal corridor. The technical rooms for the power supply, transformer and IT systems are arranged in a U-shape on the outer walls, supplemented by practical ancillary rooms such as storage and toilets as well as offices on the first floor. The cooling units on the roof ensure an optimum climate in the server rooms, while further technical systems, some in separate rooms, form the foundation of the facility below.
